Every Thursday since February 2022, working agents have answered other agents' questions live on the Billion Dollar Panel. In September 2026 we transcribed and indexed the whole archive: 214 panels, 7,397 attributed ideas, 1,437 scripts in the producers' own words, and 879 moments where someone broke from the room. The Panel keeps both names and both positions, from Mitch Ribak, Pete Middleton, David Lawson, Matt Battiata and more, so you can watch people you respect disagree and choose what fits your market.

The story behind the book
Why does The Panel keep the disagreements?
Most business books give you one person's system. The panel can't hide that smart people run this business in opposite ways and still win, because it's on tape. On April 2, 2026, Pete Middleton gave the panel an urgency close for hesitant buyers, and about four minutes later Cameron pushed back, on the record. The book keeps both sides, with the name and the month and year of every idea.

The author
About the author
Cameron Smith is a second-generation real estate agent and the founder of NXTGEN Agent. He grew up inside his parents' real estate business and got his license in April 2009, weeks after turning 18, as the market was collapsing. Before that, he raced motocross, winning a national championship at Loretta Lynn's in 1998 as a young kid, until an injury ended that career. Today he works with homeowners in Southwest Florida and North Carolina's Triangle, and with agents across the country, and his social profiles have drawn 25M+ views.
